Cancellation-Refund Policy

At Bananaquit, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a clear and fair cancellation policy for our valued customers. This extends to any meal packages or other services included with the booking and any amendments made to the original reservation. Please be aware of the type of Rate Plan you choose when booking with us as this will determine if you are in deed enttiled to a refund.

The fees which are applied are standard practice for hotel reservations and aims to balance the interests of both the customer and the hotel, ensuring that the customer receives a appropriate portion of their payment back while also covering the fees incurred by merchants such as Credit Payment services and banks involved in facilitating the initial transaction, as part of the losses incurred to the business. We hope this demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction while also acknowledging the expenses involved in processing the transaction and providing the related services. This approach can contribute to maintaining a positive and fair relationship with our customers, promoting transparency and trust. We recommend our guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected changes in their plans. Grace Period

For Flexible Rate bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the initial reservation, you may only be charged merchant fees (if applicable).


Cancelling more than 30 days Prior to Check in date

A 90% refund of the full transaction will be issued, with only 10% being retained to cover merchant and administrative fees.


Cancelling more than 21 days Prior to Check in date

A 50% refund of the full transaction will be issued.

We trust this will serve as a feasible solution to address any inconvenience or discrepancies encountered during the purchase process. This refund, equivalent to half of the total transaction amount, aims to provide a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved.


Cancelling less than 21 days Prior to Check in date

If you cancel your reservation within 21 days of your scheduled check-in date, unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.
