Confirmation of Reservation

Domestic Bookings: Bank account details will be provided to make a deposit to confirm your booking. Notification of payment is necessary.
International bookings: Credit card details with valid expiry date are accepted. International transfers require additional administrative fee.
Note: Reservations will NOT be confirmed until the above information is received and confirmation email is sent (please notify us if you did not receive confirmation email).

Check In / Check Out

Check in:  NOT before 2 pm.
Check out: NO LATER than 11:30 am
Reception opens during limited hours . If checking in after 5 pm, please provide arrival time and prepayment to allow for self check-in arrangements. Alternatively, a Management call-out fee of 20.00 USD may need to be applied.

Balance and  Refundable Security Deposit – If applicable TT $400 / US $60 (per room) MUST be paid on arrival. Security deposits will be refunded on departure, assuming no damage reported. If your departure is outside of office hours, this will be refunded via online transfer within 24 hours.
Group Check in – to facilitate express check in, please reconcile group payments before arrival to avoid multiple payments for one reservation. Payment method – Cash,  Linx, VISA* and  Mastercard* accepted

Safety Deposit – guest belongings and valuables  must be deposited in the hotel safe in order to be covered for any loss.
Late Check out can only be facilitated until 3 pm depending on availability. A late fee of 5 USD per head per  hour may apply. If you require occupancy of the room later than 2 pm, please reserve an extra night when booking to guarantee availability. Luggage can be stored until 4 pm free of charge.
