It also offsets costs incurred by merchants, such as credit payment services, banks involved in the transaction, and commissions to third-party booking agents. Our commitment to customer satisfaction acknowledges the expenses of processing payments and providing services. Refund Policy

    • In cases where a partial or non-cash refund is applicable, a voucher will be issued. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for future bookings.
  5. Refund Requests:
    • All refund requests must be made through the customer’s account on our website or by contacting our customer support. Proper documentation and booking details must be provided for processing.

  1. Medical and Emergency Cancellations:
    • In the event of a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, customers can apply for a full refund or rebooking with proof (e.g., medical certificate). Each case will be reviewed individually.
  2. Weather and Natural Disasters:
    • Cancellations due to severe weather conditions or natural disasters are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge. Proof of the event may be required.
  3. Government Travel Restrictions:
    • If travel is restricted by government orders (e.g., travel bans, quarantine requirements), affected bookings are eligible for a full refund or free rebooking.
