Reception Hours
Our dedicated team is here to assist you between 10 AM and 3 PM (or as posted on the reception window). We encourage you to complete all transactions, requests, and inquiries during these hours to ensure the best service.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
We look forward to welcoming you from 3 PM onwards. For your convenience, please plan to check out by 11:00 AM. Should you need early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know in advance; additional charges may apply.
For early departures before 9:00 AM, kindly check with the reception the day before to facilitate your smooth check-out.
Security Deposit: To maintain a high standards, a refundable security deposit is collected to cover any potential damages or missing items. We understand accidents happen, and we encourage you to report any issues upon arrival so we can promptly address them.
Valuables and Security
For your peace of mind, we recommend storing valuable items in the safe at the reception. Although we strive to ensure a secure environment, Bananaquit cannot be held liable for any loss or theft from your room.
Housekeeping Services
We are pleased to provide regular housekeeping services throughout your stay. Complete room cleanings are done at check-in and check-out unless you request additional services. Complimentary hotel soap and toilet paper are provided upon arrival. Ironing facilities are available upon request during reception hours.
To help us maintain a clean and energy-efficient environment, we kindly remind you to:
- Switch off the air conditioning and all lights if you will be out for the day.
- Keep all windows and doors closed when the air conditioning is on, except when cooking.
- Please keep bedroom doors in the villa closed when the air conditioning is on.
- Wash off all sand before entering the rooms using the outside shower and foot bath.
- Wash off all sunscreen before using towels and linens.
- Please do not remove bath towels from the rooms. Beach towels are available for rent at the reception.
To keep your room in excellent condition, we ask that you:
- Refrain from smoking in the rooms.
- Avoid eating in beds to prevent damage to linens, which may incur a replacement fee.
- Avoid cooking in closed rooms with the air conditioning on.
Linen Changes
For stays longer than three nights, we provide scheduled linen and towel changes.*Not applicable for long term guests at monthly rate
Bath towels are not to be removed from the rooms. Should you require additional linen changes, please request these at Reception, and note that additional charges will apply. Beach towels are available for rent from Reception. If a mattress protector is required, we are happy to provide one upon request.
Safety, and Well-being
Resident guests must register at reception. Any non-registered guests staying overnight may incur a fee. Non-resident visitors should depart the premises before 10 PM.
To ensure a peaceful environment, please be mindful of noise levels between 10 PM and 10 AM. Any actions deemed unsafe may result in removal from the property without a refund.

Parking
We offer free parking on compound, but this can be limited at busy periods. So its a first come first serve basis.
Green Key Certification
We are committed to environmental sustainability and appreciate your support in recycling and conserving energy. Please place glass bottles in the provided crates and separate plastics into designated receptacles. We recommend setting air conditioning temperatures to a minimum of 20°C and sticking to the scheduled linen changes to help us conserve resources.
