Bananaquit offers a range of self-catered Studios, Loft apartments, and Family Suites designed to meet your preferences and budget, complemented by our renowned customer service in Crown Point. Our amenities include:

A minimum stay of three (3) nights is typically required. Our rates are quoted per night for double occupancy in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD), inclusive of taxes. We offer two types of Rate Plans for the traveller.
Kindly be aware that rates are subject to change depending on the length of your stay and the season of your visit.
Ground Floor Studio: $400 – $650
First Floor Loft Apartment: $450 – $680 :Occupancy (4 persons): $650 – $980
Two-Bedroom Suite Occupancy (6 persons): $950 – $1250
Additional adult: $80 – $100 TTD/night
Additional child: $60 – $80 TTD/night
Confirmation of Reservation
Domestic Bookings:
We will provide Bank account detail for you to make a deposit to confirm your booking. In addition, we kindly provide notification of your payment via email once completed.
International Bookings:
We accept payment by Credit card. Additional administrative fees apply for international transfers.
Note: We will send confirmation of your reservations when deposit is received. Please notify us if you do not receive the confirmation email .
Arrival & Departure
Check in: NOT before 3 pm.
Check out: NO LATER than 11:30 am
The Reception operates during limited hours .
Late Check in
Please provide your arrival time and complete prepayment if you plan to check in after 5 pm. This information is necessary for self check-in procedures. Otherwise, a management call-out fee may be applied.
Late Check out
We will of course facilitate later later check out where possible. This will depend on availability and can only allowed until 3 pm. A cost of 5 USD per person per hour may apply. For stays extending beyond 3 pm, booking an additional night is recommended to ensure availability. Luggage storage is offered at no charge.
Balance and Refundable Security Deposit TT $400 / US $60 (per room)
Kindly settle payments on arrival. Security deposits will be refunded on departure, assuming no damage reported. If your departure is outside of office hours, this will be refunded via online transfer within 24 hours.
Group Check in
To help streamline the process and facilitate express check in, kindly ensure group payments are reconciled before arrival to prevent multiple payments for a single reservation.
